I had actually bought this dress back when the whole high-low skirts were emerging as a trend

(which really wasn't too long ago) 

Other than those of you who recognise this dress, you would never have guessed what I bought this dress for.

We visited Cape Byron during the holidays, and the view was certainly worth those hours on the road.
